Helping Others to Succeed Inc. will tailor its services based on the unique requirements, needs, desires and expectations of each individual. Based on our person centered planning philosophy, each person will undergo an intake assessment and recommendation prior to service placement.
The Three-Step Process:

- An evaluation process will be conducted to determine our ability to provide services.
- Admissions and Service Placement processes will begin.
Funding sources are varied and assistance can be provided in pursuing the application process. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private pay and most health insurance (out-of-network). For more specific information, please contact Stephanie Crossdale for Service Coordination at 877-885-8516.
Wait times for services vary based on the availability of services requested, program staffing and agency growth.

Helping Others to Succeed Inc. provides Community Living Support Services and Individual Home & Community Supports in to persons with disability throughout the state of Connecticut. Ranges from 24-hour residential support, transitional living arrangements, to supported independent living. Our residential staff is trained to administer the most beneficial care and to help all individuals realize their dreams and goals of independent community living.
Our CLSS homes provide up to 24 hours of support each day. These supports may include rehabilitation, nursing, behavioral support and direct supervision by staff. For individuals who are able to live more independently, we offer individual in home supports. These supports are offered for as long and as often as needed, with the flexibility required to meet a person’s changing needs over time. Some people require as little as three hours of support per day.
Helping Others to Succeed Inc. delivers individually tailored nursing services, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and extended occupational & physical therapy to its consumers enabling them to learn life skills that integrates into their community.
Our programs promote maximum health and self-reliance: it ensures full community-based access to needed medical and rehabilitative care for those who have historically at very high risk and significantly under-served.
